In a perfect world, every workshop I run will proceed, and every person who registers as a participant will attend. However not everything in our lives go to plan and other events take over so I have put together the following policies to ensure everyone is clear on the cancellation policy:
Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend the workshop or need to cancel then the following policies apply:
The registered participant may invite another person from their company to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
If notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered; and
If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
